I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and registered NHS midwife with over five years of experience working in the community in West London. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting families during one of the most important and transformative times in their lives.

I am committed to helping you feel informed, confident, and supported in you feeding journey. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to infant feeding, which is why I focus on individualised, evidence-based feeding support tailored to your unique circumstances and feeding goals.

Whether you are breastfeeding, combination feeding, or navigating challenges along the way, my approach is kind, patient, thorough, and practical. I strive to create a supportive space where you feel listened to, reassured and empowered to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make feeding your baby a positive, manageable and enjoyable experience.

I offer home visits across West London and Berkshire, as well as online consultations, with flexible packages designed to suit a range of needs and circumstances.

You can also find me teaching Bump and Baby antenatal classes in Ealing, supporting families to prepare for feeding and early parenthood with confidence.
